Food is our medicine! Our friends who know us call us vegans. That’s okay! We’re really not vegans by definitions. We practice a plant-based lifestyle that includes mostly vegetables, beans, legumes, grains, nuts, and fruit. We eat some fish, like salmon, maybe once or twice a month. Vegans don’t eat eggs or any dairy products. We occasionally eat eggs and a bit of cheese. We avoid red meat, processed meats, and highly processed foods.
We love to travel. We’ve visited Italy, Germany, England, Scotland, India, Mexico, Panama, and more.
